Check it out! It's really cool having the fresh dough ready in the fridge and a pound makes two pizzas. If you only made pizzas from the amount of dough in the recipe you'd get 8 out if it! I thought of having a pizza making day and then freezing all the ones we didn't eat. That would be a big day :) I'd probably resemble a geisha girl by its end with my flour-ed face!!
