Prairie Girl

When I was younger, probably about 8, my mom sewed a prairie-style dress for me, including a sunbonnet. Neither she nor I can remember what exactly it was for. It is now experiencing a 2nd life as Miss Aveline loves and wears it!

    Maybe you were into Holly Hobbie ?? She totally reminds me of Holly Hobbie !! I had the bedspread….love the outfit !

    I had a Hollie Hobbie bedspread, too! But I still don’t remember what the outfit was for. Have you seen the new Hollie Hobbie (or Holly Hobby, or whatever) dolls? They’re super cute.
